Return and Exchange Policy
  • Please contact us through email at and provide us reason and detail as to why you are requesting a refund or exchange
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse an order, in which case we offer our standard return policy, where we reduce the round-trip shipping cost from your refund and 20% restocking fee. Product must be in a brand new, resalable condition as it was originally shipped
How to make sure we can exchange or refund your item:

  • Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition.
